My instruction programs offer private lessons, weekly clinics, semi-private and group lessons, junior camps and more. Lessons are given at our private grass tee instruction center with a full short game practice facility as well. Any individual lesson requests can be arranged and all lessons focus on exposing your junior to the great world of golf in a fun and encouraging atmosphere. My passion is to spark their passion! With over 40 years of experience in golf and 25 years of instruction, many juniors have grown through my program and golf has become a central part of their life! Have your junior and your family make golf an enriching part of your weekly activities, all levels are welcome and each junior can develop their own lesson plans.
Private and Semi-Private lessons are offered as 30 minute or 1 hour lessons, and a series of lessons can be purchased at a discounted rate. During a series of lessons, all areas of the game will be covered. Lessons are offered as a package of Four or Six, and customized packages are available as well. Each student will have a full skills evaluation, will review and record goals and will continuously measure progress. Skills assessments include swing performance, rules and etiquette knowledge, and developing golf character traits, such as honesty, integrity, hard work, discipline, sportsmanship and a positive attitude.
Private lessons, weekly clinics and camps include instruction in all areas of the game including putting, chipping, pitching, bunker, full swing technique, video swing analysis, golf fitness, golf rules and etiquette, golf history and education, playing on course and more! On course lessons are key for the junior to put the golf skills to work, understand how the game is played and improve performance to meet any goal that is set. The excitement, encouragement and satisfaction is an invaluable part of my instruction programs and truly makes every bit of the investment and effort put in instruction worth it. My instruction programs make the ultimate goal of ‘becoming’ a lifelong golf is achievable.

Junior Golf Prep School
Encinitas Ranch Golf Course
Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
The Junior Golf Prep School includes instruction in all areas of the game, starting with all fundamental swing techniques, short game through full swing, including putting, chipping, pitching, bunker, and full swing essentials.
Short game sessions provide training, instruction and practice in fundamental putting and chipping swing mechanics. Your junior will have the opportunity to work with professional training aids to improve short game statistics, such as lower putting average and higher up and down success. Training with club selection and shot execution will improve playing strategies and performance, which is the key to lowering scores.
A good short game is the basis for and is fundamental to growing a solid full swing. Full Swing instruction includes video swing analysis, equipment and club set evaluation and club fitting, vital fitness evaluation and training program, and improving shot making statistics. Full Swing performance will focus on solid contact and square clubface leading to increased distance and directional control.
The ultimate goal: put it together on the course and become a great junior player! Counseling regarding future competitive, high school, college and career counseling potentials is available. This program includes valuable instruction time and playing lessons on the golf course at no additional green fee cost.
