All new Yoga & Golf Fitness Clinic at Encinitas Ranch

Hi all! I’m excited to announce that I am starting a new Yoga/Golf Fitness class! Each week, on Wednesdays from 10-12, we will have 45 minutes of yoga/fitness focusing on increased balance, strength and flexibility for your golf swing and overall health, followed by a golf instruction session with additional open practice time.

You will have access to training equipment as well as golf swing training devices. Classes are held at the beautiful and private golf instruction center at the Encinitas Ranch Golf Course. Individual swing concerns and needs will be evaluated and a training plan created for each individual player.

My goals: share the great game of golf, share my passion for yoga and fitness, offer a comfortable and welcoming environment for women of all skill levels, provide professional fitness and golf swing training and grow the game!
